Every year a carnival is held in Notting hill to celebrate our multi racial society in London, particularly the integration of the afro - caribbean culture. All the costumes for the procession are hand made by different groups taking part. There is a spectacular display of colour, vibrance and unique design. This year over 2 million People attended with thousands of participants. I've taken a few photos, unfortunatly my battery ran out halfway through but I think You will get ther idea.
